Prices are inclusive of GST. Shipping is calculated based on product weight + delivery distance. 

We only accept payment for wholesale via bank transfer.

NINA BAILEY TERMS OF TRADE

Minimum Quantities
Minimum order quantities apply for wholesale orders. All orders have a minimum spend of $250.

Freight
We ship via Sendle or Australia Post freight is not included in product pricing. It is calculated and applied to your final invoice. We ship your order once payment has been made, unless alternative agreements have been made prior.

Returns & Cancelations
Return of faulty and broken items should occur within 5 days of receiving them. To report a broken item please email the details of damage and an image to info@ninabailey.com.au and quote your invoice number. All orders are confirmed final once invoice has been generated and shipped. We do not accept returns of unsold goods.

Prices
We reserve the right to alter our prices at any time unless already invoiced. Stockists are free to set pricing as you see fit, but ask that products do not retail under the set RRP, unless they are clearly marked as being on sale.

Payment Terms
We accept payment via bank transfer (preferable). First order must be paid in full before dispatch of stock. Please contact us via email if you would like to apply for a 14 day account (not available on your first order).

Overdue accounts
All goods remain the property of Nina Bailey until payment is made in full. If we have your credit card details on file we reserve the right to automatically charge your card the overdue amount. Any accounts outstanding over 60 days maybe passed on to debt collection.

Distribution
Nina Bailey products may not be distributed through any physical or online marketplaces, including eBay or Etsy etc.

Liability
Nina Bailey cannot be held liable for any losses, costs, damages and expenses (including legal costs) resulting from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms of Trade.

Agreement of Terms

By placing an order with Nina Bailey you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change at any time. If terms are amended they will be effective immediately.
