HOW MUCH IS POSTAGE?
For orders over $100, we offer free shipping Australia wide. For orders under $100, we have a $9.95 flat rate shipping rate.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ITEMS ARRIVE DAMAGED?
If on the unfortunate occurrence that you receive your goods damaged, please email a picture of the damaged item, a brief outline of the damage done, and your details to info@ninabailey.com.au within 7 days of receiving your goods. We will then be in contact with you and will ensure a new one is sent to you as soon as possible.
